Green Outdoor Gyms is 100% black owned with the aim of increasing black participation in all levels of economy. It supports black women within the black equity and management portion with the aim of empowering black women, youth and the disabled at large.
Green Outdoor Gyms has a broad base plan for people living with disabilities, the youth and entrepreneurs in order to meet equitability in business and employment sector.
Quality Assurance and Control Policy
Green Outdoor Gyms focus on the company Policies being used to manage and deliver best project performance in each and every project given by clients on regular basis
Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) is employed to ensure quality standards for best project performance and client satisfaction. This process includes the recording & listing of all project participants incl artisans.
Task orders coupled with Risk assessment policies are issued on every project for continuity, accountability and participation tracking purposes.
Project Queries
A dedicated Programme Manager serves as point of contact between GOG and client to ensure all queries are channeled and resolved within the agreed SLA timelines.
Response timelines, category levels and project deliverables form part of the SLA that is enforced to ensure all client queries and complaints are adhered to in a satisfactory manner.

Employee’s Responsibility
Every employee shall endeavor to comply with all relevant legislation, instructions, rules and procedures in the interest of Health & Safety. Employees will mutually be responsible for the Health & Safety of everyone, while utilizing equipment and machinery properly and minimum risk.

- Take proper care of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the correct use thereof
- Report a situation or act promptly that is a risk to any person
- Co-operate with any person to ensure compliance with the duties and responsibilities placed on the person in terms of the Health & Safety act
- Comply with prescribed Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85, 1993)
- Comply with prescribed Section 22 Mines Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 (MHSA)
- As far as possible familiarise and adopt the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (“MPRDA”)
- Concentrate on mental health and maintaining a positive attitude
